Well, here we are once again, World. I know it's been awhile but you sure know how to come back strong...
As many of you may remember this post: Point 1: World, Point 0: BB. This was where it all began. Here we are once again; in the middle of the night listening to the very loud and extremely annoying sound of a bulldozer clearing away the snow from in front of my building.
I'm still asking myself why. Why has the City of New York sent a bulldozer to ruin the sleep of the gentle inhabitants of Washington Heights? If it's so important to bulldoze snow from in front of the bus stop, shouldn't it have been done days ago so people could actually wait for the bus?
I guess not...
So....Point 3: World, Point 1: BB. But this year will be different, World. Just you wait and see...
I leave you humming "Just You Wait (Henry Higgins)." Accept that the World is Henry and I'm Eliza and this story will not end with the two of us getting together. Because, unlike Eliza Doolittle, I am tired of your BS and I will NEVER bring you your slippers and I really will run away with that adorable (and underrated hottie) Freddy Eynsford-Hill. Take that!
