Random question of the day:

Why is it that soft cookies turn crunchy when they get old and crunchy cookies turn soft when they get old?

It makes no logical sense! I mean, not that I really love cookies or anything, but I love desserts in general and I feel like this applies to most of them. Why? Too bad they can't reverse how they change

I don't know that this can be explained by anyone I know. Maybe it's one of those questions like, "What is the meaning of life?" That question can never really be answered and neither can this one.

Anyone care to take a stab at answering this one? Because I'm at a loss.

I leave you humming "'C' is for Cookie."
