12. The Wii became an addiction.
13. Skinny jeans and leggings made a come back while Uggs and Crocs were spotted for the first time.
14. The genocide of Darfur.
15. "Survivor", "Lost" and "American Idol" took us by surprise while we all watched the Finales of "Friends" and "Sex and the City."
16. Wenchaun Earthquake.
17. The Space Shuttle Columbia broke up upon re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
18. Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, Charles M. 19. Songs like: "Say My Name," "Hot in Herre," "This Love," "Since U Been Gone," and "Sexyback" ruled the charts.
20. We cried and said goodbye to many friends in the Harry Potter series.

I hope it was as memorable for you as it was for me. This decade started with me in high school and ended with me as a College graduate living and working in NYC.

I leave you humming "Memories."
